10417-H27H-B

Human TNFR-2 / CD120b Protein (ECD, AVI & His Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the human TNFRSF1B (NP_001057.1) (Met1-Asp257) was expressed with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-AVI & His
  • Purity: > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. > 95 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: Human
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Immobilized Recombinant Human TNF-alpha / TNFA Protein (Cat10602-HNAE) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human TNFR-2 / CD120b Protein (ECD, AVI & His Tag) (Cat:10417-H27H-B), the EC50 is 6-15 ng/mL.
  • Molecule: TNFRSF1B
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant human TNFRSF1B consists of 261 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 28.39 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 44.42 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: NP_001057.1
  • Predicted N Terminal: Leu 23
