OfChi-h-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of OfChi-h, exhibiting a K i value of 0.33 μM. This compound significantly suppresses the growth and development of Ostrinia nubilalis larvae and demonstrates superior insecticidal activity compared to Hexaflumuron. As such, OfChi-h-IN-1 is considered a novel candidate for an insect growth regulator [1].
