DESCRIPTION

Calcium Free Apoptotic-Dead Cell Tag – Oligo-A is a probe for binding phosphatidylserine (PS) exposed on the outer leaflet of the cell membrane on apoptotic cells and dead cells in calcium independent manner. It can be used to detect the apoptotic cells, dead cells, activated platelets, and extracellular vesicles with proteogenomic assay. This probe can be used for single cell devices such as 10x Genomics' Chromium and Illumina sequencers in the buffer without calcium.

Reconstitution and Usage: Place the vial at room temperature for a couple of minutes follow with a quick spin. Recommend 2 µl per 100 µl of any staining buffer for 1 million cells. Note: Recommended that the reagent be optimized for each application
