The purity of human Siglec-15/CD33L3 Protein (Cat.RP01187) was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Recombinant Human Siglec-15 inhibits Anti-CD3-induced proliferation of jurkat cells. The ED<sub>50</sub> for this effect is 1.8-7.2 μg/mL.
