Human CD31 / PECAM1 Protein (His Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Lys 601) of human CD31 (EAW94208.1) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His
  • Purity: > 97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: Human
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells. When 8×104 cells/well are added to CD31-His coated plates (5μg/mL, 100 μL/well) in the presence of 10 μg/mL PHA,approximately >70% will adhere after 30 minutes at 37℃.
  • Molecule: PECAM1
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
  • Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant human CD31 consists of 585 amino acids after removal and predicts a molecular mass of 66 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the rhCD31 migrates as approximately 100-110 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: EAW94208.1
  • Predicted N Terminal: Gln 28
