DESCRIPTION

RS-1 is a stimulator of RAD51, a DNA repair protein. It is reported to function by stabilizing the active form and the DNA binding activity of RAD51. RS-1 enhances homology-directed repair 3-6 fold and CRISPR-Cas9 knock-in efficiency.
