DESCRIPTION
The Firefly Luciferase Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. This virus constitutively express firefly luciferase under a CMV promoter.
