Bcl-2-IN-9 is a novel, pro-apoptotic, low cytotoxic Bcl-2 inhibitor (IC50: 2.9 μM) that downregulates Bcl-2 expression, induces apoptosis in cancer cells, and exhibits high selectivity for leukemia cells.
