  • Assay Conditions: ADP-Glo assay with 0.1 mg/ml poly-(Glu4:Tyr) as a substrate and 100 mM ATP at final concentration. Reaction was done for 60 minutes at 30°C. ADP-Glo reagents were added for 45 minutes at RT, and Kinase detection reagents for 55 minutes at RT, followed by luminescence detection.
