DESCRIPTION
A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza virus B (B/PHUKET/3073/2013) hemagglutinin (translated amino acids of EPI529345) (Met1-Thr547), termed as HA, was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
