Human Transferrin Receptor / TFRC / CD71 Protein (ECD, His Tag)
Sino Biological
DESCRIPTION
A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human TFRC (AAA61153.1) (Cys89-Phe760) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
DETAILS
- Tag: N-His
- Purity: > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. > 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
- Source: HEK293 Cells
- Species: Human
- Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human CD71 at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human Transferrin. The EC50 of human Transferrin is 5.6 ng/mL.
- Molecule: TFRC
- Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
- Lead Time: 1-3 days
- Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 5 % Mannitol, 0.02 % tween80, pH 7.5.
- Molecular Mass: The recombinant human TFRC comprises 689 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 77.4 kDa.
- Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
