CD160, His-tag (Human) HiP™ Recombinant

BPS Bioscience

DESCRIPTION

Human secreted CD160, also known as Natural killer cell receptor BY55, GenBank Accession No. NM_007053, a.a. 27-159 with C-terminal His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 15.6 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
