Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (A/Indonesia/5/2005(H5N1)) hemagglutinin (ABW06108.1, with mutations Arg 339 Gly, Ser 341 Arg ) (Met1-Gln531), termed as HA, was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His
  • Purity: > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
  • Source: Baculovirus-Insect Cells
  • Species: H5N1
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Measured by its ability to agglutinate guinea pig red blood cells. HA titer is 1-5μg/mL for 1%GRBC.
  • Molecule: HA
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, 500 mM NaCl, pH 8.0, 10 % glycerol.
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant hemagglutinin of Influenza A virus (A/Indonesia/5/2005(H5N1)) consists 526 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 60 kDa.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: ABW06108.1
