Oxazole Gold, also known as SYBR® Gold, is a cell-permeant, green fluorescent DNA/RNA dye. It can be used to stain ssDNA, RNA, or dsDNA agarose or PAGE gels for UV or blue LED detection. It is the most sensitive gel stain available for single-stranded and denatured DNA/RNA. 10,000X in DMSO, 500 uL.
