The ReadiLink™ labeling kits make labeling simple with only two mixing steps, no column purification necessary. The iFluor® 680 SE dye in the kit is stable, reactive, and selective with protein amino groups. iFluor® 680 has an excitation and emission maxima of 684 and 701 nm.
