Bulevirtide (Myrcludex B) acetate is a virion entry inhibitor which blocks the virion's hepatocyte pathway of entry, the hepatic sodium/taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide (NTCP) receptor. Bulevirtide (Myrcludex B) acetate can be used in HBV and HDV infection studies.
