mouse monoclonal IgG1; LTBP-3 Antibody (H-11) is an IgG1 κ mouse monoclonal LTBP-3 antibody (also designated LTBP-3 antibody) that detects the LTBP-3 protein of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. LTBP-3 Antibody (H-11) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-LTBP-3 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-LTBP-3 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LTBP-3 (latent TGF-beta-binding protein 3) is a structural component of connective tissue microfibrils that plays an essential role in TGF-beta1 secretion and targeting. LTBP-3 is present at high levels in human heart, skeletal muscle, prostate and ovaries and in certain osteosarcoma and fibroblastic cell lines. Human LTBP-3 localizes to chromosome position 11q12.
