CDK10 Antibody (N-term R5) Blocking Peptide

Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 8558
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: CDK10
  • Other Names: Cyclin-dependent kinase 10, Cell division protein kinase 10, Serine/threonine-protein kinase PISSLRE, CDK10
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: CDK10 belongs to the CDK subfamily of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. The CDK subfamily members are highly similar to the gene products of S. cerevisiae cdc28, and S. pombe cdc2, and are known to be essential for cell cycle progression. This kinase has been shown to play a role in cellular proliferation. Its function is limited to cell cycle G2-M phase.

  • Primary Accession: Q15131
  • Targetspecificity: The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7121a was selected from the N-term region of human CDK10. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
