DESCRIPTION
Cell Fixation Buffer is useful for intracellular staining procedures in preparation of cells for staining intracellular cytokines or other proteins. Fixation Buffer is used to fix cells prior to permeabilization.
DETAILS
- Application: ICFC, ICC
- Application Notes: This 1X PBS solution contains 8% paraformaldehyde, which is toxic and is a suspected carcinogen. Contact with eyes, skin and mucous membranes should be avoided.
- Storage and Handling: The buffer solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze.
