What are the most innovative tools and technologies that you offer?
Through our horizon planning program, we look ahead and anticipate industry needs so that we can evolve and adapt our services accordingly. Some of our innovative technologies include Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrometry, confocal Raman microscopy, Computed Tomography (CT), Amino Acid Analyser (AAA), X-ray powder diffraction, Maldi-TOF, our sterility suite, TQ and TOF-LC/MS, to name but a few.

What new products and services are you developing in 2022?
We are continuously expanding our services and our analytical suite — 2021 saw us enhance our Investigative and Quality Control (QC) capabilities with the installation of a new 600 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer as well as a state of the art, research-grade confocal Raman microscope. We have also started a new packaging and safety assurance offering and are expanding our extractables and leachables testing into medical device safety.
