An assay for detection of signaling pathways underlying carcinogenicity/genotoxicity.


ToxTracker assays currently tests for pathways related to DNA damage, oxididative stress and protein folding. The assay has a focus on Mode-of-Action (MoA) underlying genoxicity, partially reproduces and partially complements other genotoxicity tests traditionally available. Source
