Cell Lines typically refer to legacy immortalised cells, that can be cultured and passaged “indefinitely”

Primary Cells are cells that have been isolated from fresh tissue (or cultures) that have not be immortalised and after a certain amount of passaging they will reach senescence.

iPSCs, induced pluripotent stem cells, are cells that have (through GM or culturing conditions) have been revert back to the pluripotency state. The original cells can be a cell line or a primary cell.
