In addition, we have 65+ years chemistry experience in our key staff to ensure we select and apply the correct technology solution for our customer’s needs. In our core chemistry lab we carry out customer-driven products on milligram to small kilogram scale to support research and development programmes.
We also have a dedicated specialist facility for the handling and nonGMP synthesis of high potency compounds (e.g. cytotoxins targeted at the ADC, oncology market) on up to 10s grams scale as well as a precursor and controlled drugs license.
We are experienced in the synthesis of a number of toxin classes (e.g. Auristatins, Maytansins, Duocarmycins, PDBs) and linker technologies (Maleimide, Hydroxysuccinimide, Val-Cit-PAB, Disulfide, PEGs etc) an offer a number of these as standard products.
We have organic chemistry expertise that we employ of customer projects to design and synthesize compounds to support their development portfolios with a focus on drug discovery projects.
Our chemistry services include custom synthesis, contract research and dedicated research FTEs both in high potency and non toxic, standard chemistry synthesis.
We also offer process optimisation and scale-up services; with our 20L facility we can manufacture on small kilogram scale.
