XenTech is an oncology preclinical CRO specializing in Patient-Derived tumor Xenografts (PDX). We test anticancer drug activity in our PDXs and identify drug response biomarkers. Cell lines derived from our PDX are available for in vitro assays and we also offer Immuno-Oncology PDX (syngeneic and PBMC humanized models) to test I/O checkpoints and combinations with existing or emerging therapies.
