Since then, Winona Foods has expanded its focus in the areas of food-service, industrial ingredients, retail and co-packing industries. Winona Foods, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Terry Steinmann. Originally located in Winona, MN., Terry recognized Green Bay as the focus of the Dairy Industry and, in 2003, relocated the company to Green Bay. Initially a trader of surplus lots of bulk cheeses for dairy manufacturers, today Winona Foods provides a variety of services for dairy manufacturers, industrial and food service customers.
