VintaBio is a Cell and Gene Therapy Contract Manufacturing and Development Organization (CDMO) located in Philadelphia, PA. VintaBio specializes in developing and manufacturing consistent, high-quality adeno-associated viral vectors (AAV). We offer production services at multiple different quality levels such as research use only (RUO) vector material, “GMP-like” material, and cGMP material. The same critical production material: such as master cell bank and production plasmids are used from RUO to cGMP vector production, which allows us to offer reliability and consistency in your product development life cycle. In addition to process development and manufacturing services, we offer a host of analytical tests to ensure the quality of drug products. The Founders of our facility have led the development of first two FDA-approved AAV gene therapies products, as well as the lentiviral vector used for the first FDA-approved cell therapy product. Our development and manufacturing team has over a decade of experience in the cell and gene therapy space and its members have played key roles in the development of the most advanced therapies on the market today.
Current vector capabilities include, but are not limited to, adeno-associated viral vectors (AAV) and lentiviral viral vectors (LVV).
