The Flow Cytometry Core is dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive cytometry services. Guidance in assay development by core personnel enables investigators to implement most flow cytometric assays. Diligent equipment maintenance ensures reliable performance in data generation and robust sorting capacity.

Once trained, investigators may acquire/analyze their own data or they may choose to have core personnel perform the service for them (excluding sample preparation or pre-analytic work). The core provides training for independent operation of all equipment except the MoFlo Astrios. Consultations and unassisted data analysis are free of charge.
