The USD Human Functional Imaging Core is an interdisciplinary unit organized by the Center for Brain and Behavior Research (CBBRe). The Core is dedicated to supporting research on the structures and functions of the brain that underlie cognitive, affective and psychomotor processes.

The Core’s mission is to maintain an environment that will enhance the excellence of research using neuroimaging methodologies at USD by providing a well-equipped physical facility and appropriate support services for investigators conducting human subjects research.

The Core is directed by Lee Baugh and managed by Kelene Fercho.
