This facility contains a Singer ROTOR HAD, a compact benchtop robot for easy, ultra-fast manipulation of high density arrays of yeast. It also contains imaging equipment and a spectrometer for automated growth curve analysis, to allow for functional and chemical genomic yeast screening of mutant collections.
