Welcome to the Proteomics Resource Centre of the Ottawa Institute of Systems Biology (OISB). Our proteomic core facility has a complete series of state-of-the art mass spectrometers. We offer the research community a complete array of proteomic services from protein and post translational modification (PTM) identification to large scale quantitative proteomics. We also participate in research collaborations.
