TRI provides AI-based microscopic imaging and analysis solutions.
Our friendly experts use custom AI-based tools to solve your image analysis challenge quickly and rigorously. We are experienced with the whole spectrum of 2D and 3D cell culture assays, tissue analysis as well as materials science tasks. Years of working in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry as well as cutting-edge knowledge of data science, AI and statistics make us the ideal partner to outsource any work that involves getting quantitative results from images.
Additionally, we offer user-friendly image analysis tools. This enables you to take charge of the analysis workflow once it’s established:
Our VAIDR system has an AI-based image analysis platform that can be trained by the user to recognize and quantify cell structures of interest. No data science or coding skills are required to create powerful, application-specific image analysis workflows. The system comes in several variants: Use the cloud-based VAIDR software if you have a good microscope and just want to analyze the images. Add out VAIDR imager with or without on-premise compute server if you want a lightweight, robust and automated imaging solution that is perfectly integrated with the VAIDR software. For more information, see www.vaidr.de
Our SAIBR bioreactor imager is a nifty piece of equipment that clips onto a stirred-tank bioreactor. The microscopic optics image cell aggregates through the transparent bioreactor wall. AI-based image analysis detects and analyzes the aggregates in real-time to produce critical process information. For more info see www.saibr.bio
