TK Analytics provides drug discovery data science expertise, particularly in High-content screening and Cell Painting. We built a framework that is customized to client’s particular data pipeline and allows scientists to independently process data from HCS and turn them into report-ready visualizations.

We are experts at data recycling – our main goal is to predict the quality of molecules in the screening phase. Vast public datasets can be supplemented with private data to further improve the predictions. We are looking for partnerships to test our concepts.
