tebu bio provides protein quantification and profiling services, gene and miRNA profiling.

For protein quantification, the offer includes quantitative measurement of multiple cytokines, chemokines, adipokines, MMPs… in a wide variety of sample types (cell/tissue lysates, serum/plasma, cell culture supernatants…) on robust assays: antibody array or multiplex ELISA format.

In addition, we provide one stop pathway focused or broad profiling services including both sample processing and data analysis. If you don’t have the expertise or resources to process array data, tebu-bio’s biostatistics and bioinformatics partners can do this for you and provide a full report (heat map, cluster and pathway analysis, biomarker selection…).
