We are committed to revolutionising the discovery of disease-modifying treatments for neurodegenerative diseases. We use cutting-edge stem cell technologies to answer the most difficult biological questions in target discovery and validation. Our novel human patient-derived stem cell models of neurodegenerative disease provide a transformative platform for rapid and relevant compound identification, significantly accelerating drug discovery and development. Talisman’s primary goal is the exploitation of these systems to identify novel pharmacological treatments for neurodegenerative diseases through our external collaborative work and through our in-house drug discovery programme.
