The trials business relocated in 2009 from Great Wilbraham, Cambs to Stetchworth Estate Farms, Newmarket due to lease expiry.

The estate is run by Ron Gabain for the Duke of Sutherland and extends to 1215Ha (3000 acres) situated some 2 miles south west of Newmarket. The soil overlies chalk and varies from a sandy loam to chalky boulder clay. Current cropping includes Wheat, Barley, Sugar Beet, Winter Beans and Linseed.
