Spanios is a Therapeutic Research Organization (TRO)/Contract Research Organization (CRO) that builds unique TME-rich Patient Derived Organoids (PDOs)/Tumoroids (PDT’s) for rare and common cancers to be used for a variety of testing purposes including human efficacy testing. Our current cancer organoid models include Breast, Gastric & Esophageal, Sarcoma, Cholangiocarcinoma, Pancreatic, Ovarian, Glioblastoma, Neuroendocrine, Bladder & Gallbladder cancers, and they can be generated for any solid tumor indication. They are fully characterized and stable and can be used to perform long-term longitudinal studies with complex dosing regimens and combination therapies.
