Spanios is a Therapeutic Research Organization (TRO)/Contract Research Organization (CRO) that builds unique TME-rich Patient Derived Organoids (PDOs)/Tumoroids (PDT’s) for rare and common cancers to be used for a variety of testing purposes including human efficacy testing. Spanios provides a range of services to its clients in academia, traditional biotech, and in-silico pharma to hasten the pace of their research by adding the human dimension to their data. Our COMPASS Platforms are both solid tumor indication and therapeutic modality agnostic. Ask us how Spanios can help with your research and drug validation. We have customized the work based on your specific research needs. Spanios is located by the Texas Medical Center & MD Anderson in Houston, TX, USA.

Our current cancer organoid models include Breast, Gastric & Esophageal, Sarcoma, Cholangiocarcinoma, Pancreatic, Ovarian, Glioblastoma, Neuroendocrine, Bladder & Gallbladder cancers, and they can be generated for any solid tumor indication. They are fully characterized and stable and can be used to perform long-term longitudinal studies with complex dosing regimens and combination therapies.
