SIMMEC’s instructor cadre is comprised of former Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) operators with recent real world experience and formal educational backgrounds, who can provide scenario development and execution based specifically on current Mission Essential Task Lists (METL’s).
Our personnel have trained to integrate quickly with unit leadership to provide a quick response with a professional training force multiplier to competently and unequivocally lead, administer, and manage training requirements to exceed the expectations of the unit and the training mission.
