SequaLab LLC is a contract research organization established at the Technical Innovation Center at Hagerstown, Maryland.

Sequalab laboratory operates under Good laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines. Our facility processes samples and specimens from humans, animals and environment for research only. These samples can be collected from pre-clinical and research studies investigating effects of drugs, medicine, toxins and environment factors on cells behavior, gene expression, viromes and microbiomes.

Typical samples include but not limited to saliva, blood, cell cultures, tissues, swabbed surfaces, soil, food, stools, viral and bacterial infected samples, and tissues.

Sequalab is specialized on identification and quantification of DNA and RNA in clinical and metagenomic samples, animal and environment samples. We use PCR, RT-PCR, Sanger and Illumina next generation sequencing, we are using in house protocols and methods targeting nucleic acids from a single cell and samples harboring genomes at low copy number.

We also offer to our customers a reliable use of provided protocols requiring our services with PCR, ELISA and DNA/RNA sequencing.

We supplement research of companies and laboratories that develop new bio molecules. We design and validate molecular assays. We offer sequencing of genomes of unknown and uncultivated pathogens in clinical and field samples for research only.
