We have developed a Simple and Easy (S&E) plasticware, which we call ELISA bead-strip (patent granted in Nov 2018). These bead-strips will make multiplex ELISA (immunoassay) routine lab assays without the need to buy expensive reagents or special equipment. Further modification of the macrosphere surface on the bead-strip may enable it to convert other assays into multiplex format, such as immunoprecipitation (IP), protein enrichment, DNA/RNA target enrichment or quantification.
