Equipped with state-of-the-art, high-throughput technology, the Internal Medicine Research and Drug Discovery Imaging Core Facility enables researchers to efficiently image and analyze biochemical and cellular compounds to advance basic research and drug discovery. Specific applications of the technology include the following:
High content screening
Cellular assays
Biochemical assays
Molecular diagnostics
Toxicity and survival testing
Cell signaling and pathway screening
Receptor activation
Phenotypic assays
Immunochemical assays
Our facility is available for use by the Rush community and outside users. Our team will provide training in the operation and capabilities of each piece of equipment and can assist with experimental design, data acquisition and analysis.
