The MicroNano Research Facility (MNRF) brings together diverse and high quality multidisciplinary micro and nano technology research into a single hub.

RMIT has operated cleanroom fabrication and metrology facilities for over 30 years. The new MNRF has comprehensive facilities for the design, modelling, fabrication, packaging, and characterisation of micro and nano scale devices. Nine laboratories are housed within the 1,000 square metre facility.
