Rime Bioinformatics is a research and development biotechnology company with a focus on bioinformatics.
We develop services to speed up medical, agronomic and veterinary research.
Our technologies grant in-depth view of bacterial and bacteriophage genomes, which is an essential prerequisite in the R&D process that leads a phage to market. We work hard to make high-performance bioinformatics accessible and promote a safe use of phage therapy for the patients and the environment !
Our technology enables us to considerably improve our knowledge of gene functions, we are 6 times faster and 100 times more accurate than current techniques. We want to make high-performance bioinformatics accessible to biologists.
Our in silico studies enable us to detect the presence of genes for lysogenesis, virulence and antibiotic resistance in phages, using regulation-compliant techniques.
