The main focus is on the development of new drug delivery systems and the associated production processes and their monitoring. Application-oriented research and development projects are carried out in collaboration with our industrial and scientific partners. It is our goal to strengthen our partners’ competitive edge and their economic success in the market by helping them develop novel products and production processes.

Quality Management

RCPE implemented a quality management system in the scope of “Research and Development in Pharmaceutical Science and Pharmaceutical Process Engineering”. In 2015 the company was certified by the TÜV AUSTRIA GmbH according to ISO 9001. The internationally recognized standard demonstrates that all areas of the company focus on quality and customer orientation. 2016 RCPE was certified according to ISO 14001. There the protection of the environment and energy saving usage of resources is the main point.
