PolyQuant’s core technology is production of isotope-labelled reference standards for quantiative mass spectrometry, either as full protein or as custom-made synthetic polypeptide (QconCAT). Our proprietary QconCAT technology enables absolute quantification of several tens of proteins in one experiment using only one QconCAT. The QconCAT technology is easy to use from sample preparation to data analysis and enables highly reproducible throughputs. Additionally, inherent features of the polypeptide are stability, quantification accuracy, and general robustness, emphasizing QconCATs as valuable tools for various research applications.
