Over 3,000 square feet of state of the art laboratory space is available for contract research. Equipment and expertise is available for flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy assays. Imaging flow cytometry (ImageStreamX) validates microscopic studies without bias and analyses of large numbers of cells to obtain accurate statistical analysis of changes. Large numbers of assays can be performed using imaging flow cytometry, including cell cytotoxicity assays, conjugate formation, protein localization and trafficking. Imaging flow cytometry with its low signal to noise ratio provides a sensitive approach to measuring fluorescent particles, for example microparticles. A vivarium is available for animal studies and the investigators have decades of experience with animal models. Tissue culture equipment and expertise is available in preparation for additional studies, such as flow cytometry, protein, and nucleic acid analyses.
