Pharmichem Testing Services was formed in May of 1981 from quality control staff members of the former Inolex Pharmaceutical Division of Inolex Corporation. Inolex Testing Laboratories had been responsible for in-house quality control on all samples produced in the plant as well as outside testing performed for individual food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical producers.
