Piramal Pharma Solutions is a Global Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO), offering end-to-end drug discovery, development and manufacturing services through our global network of 14 sites located in India, UK & North America (Canada & USA).

With 350+ FTE’s the Ahmedabad, India based small molecule discovery services division has been in business since 2003 and our capabilities include:

- Custom Synthesis of individual compounds, building blocks, scaffolds, focused libraries (40 to 100 compounds), reference
standards, impurities & metabolites
- DMPK & In-Vitro Biology
- Route Scouting leveraging our global process chemistry expertise across US, Canada & India
- Non-GMP scale up (up to 5kg)
- Analytical services including method development (non-GMP), mg to gm scale separation of Chiral/ Achiral compounds

We work on both FTE and Fee Based models.

Through our global network in India and North America we offer small molecule intermediates, API development and GMP manufacturing. Our formulations capabilities include oral solids, liquids and Lyophilized product development and GMP manufacturing. We also offer specialized capabilities including antibody drug conjugation (ADC), High Potent API (HPAPI’s) and Peptides GMP development and manufacturing .
