OXON Epidemiology is a full-service global scientific and operational provider specialising in the generation of Real-World Evidence (RWE) via primary data collection and database observational studies.

As a leader CRO in global field, database, and hybrid observational studies in all major therapeutic areas, we conduct non-interventional RWE and late-phase studies in support of leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, providing real-world evidence (RWE) solutions for safety, market access, drug development and marketing through the design and execution of global, regional and single-country studies in the peri and post-approval space.

We apply world-class epidemiological & operational experience, and innovative technologies to help clients worldwide obtain high-quality RWD for improving patients’ and public health.

Our philosophy is to integrate clinical, safety, patient-reported outcomes, health economic, methodological and statistical thinking and insights to maximise value and provide solutions for our clients.

Our specialization, high calibre and the complementary skills of people in OXON allow us to have a clear focus, deep expertise, superior insight, high standards and innovation to provide concrete results with maximum value to our clients. On the other hand, our size allows us to be flexible and keep high-quality people close to our clients, and our long-term alliances permit us to compete with the biggest CROs.

We have strong links with The Medical Statistics Department, Faculty of Epidemiology and Population Health, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and our leadership in ENCePP activities, such as data integration and HTA allows us to have good relationships with EU regulators and leading academic pharmacoepidemiologists.

OXON collaborates with academics and clinicians in a not-for-profit international programme to evaluate non-randomised comparative studies of treatments for COVID-19 and prognostic factors and organizes masterclasses and webinar series by leading academic pharmacoepidemiologists in key EU and Asian countries to help clients design and conduct high-quality field and database observational studies.
