Our high-throughput and robust technology uses a robotic platform and aqueous polymeric system to generate biologically relevant 3D tumor models. These tumor models can be conveniently maintained, drug tested, and analyzed in the microplate they are formed. Our novel aqueous polymeric system ensures the rapid (within 2 days) formation of a single consistently-sized 3D culture per microplate well for precise analysis of drug response. We provide cancer drug screening services on biologically relevant tumor models generated with our technology in 96-,384-, and 1536- microplate formats.
