Research in our state-of-the art laboratory focuses on applications of proteomics and metabolomics to clinical and basic science research problems. In addition to performing method development experiments in the areas of small molecule profiling, quantitative proteomics, and post-translational modification analysis, we collaborate with a number of investigators at National Jewish Health, the University of Colorado Denver and in the region.
